The best solution for road and trail fun runs are the disposable transponders on the back of the bib, combined with our Race Result passive timing systems.
The iconic patented red foldable timing mats are a great smart look for any event and have become an inherent part of many start and finish lines at events across New Zealand.
You can choose to have just a single timing system at the finish, or add additional timing points to add value to your event:
- Start: adding a start timing point gives you the option to give participants their Net Time.
Net time is the calculated performance time from Start Mat to Finish Mat. It also gives you a list of people who have started the event which can be used for safety crew when checking that everyone is off the course
- Spotter: this is a timing point set up 20-50m before the actual Finish line and enables your event MC to call in each person as they come into the finish chute
We work with the printer of your choice to coordinate attaching the timing transponders to the race bibs and to have these delivered to you in time for race day or any pre-event registration. Alternatively we can source race bibs for you also.
